Java Runtime Environment (JRE) - Loading Java Applet Failed

I have Internet explorer 6.0 and use Windows XP Service Pack 2.During e-filing I have to use Java applet to upload the files. It would work fine..

But yesterday I wasn抰 able to upload. Only a small cross appeared in the rectangle and displayed "Loading Java Applet Failed" in the status bar. Its working fine on my friends PC so I guess its some problem on my PC Please help
