Messenger Express and HTML tags

[nobr]hello,

I'm running JES 6.2 2005Q4 and using Messenger Express for web mail.

I have following problem:

1)I compose new message using Messenger Express web mail itself.

2)I save it to Drafts

3)I reopen saved message.

The message has HTML tags <br>

instead of usualnewline.

I think you could reproduce this following three steps above.

My Messaging version is:

imsimta version

Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.2-6.01 (built Apr 3 2006)

libimta.so 6.2-6.01 (built 11:20:35, Apr 3 2006)

SunOS srvmsg01 5.9 Generic_117171-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V440

Could you tell me if there are some bug or configuration problem that could make this strange behaviour?

I thank you very much for every hint you could tell me.

Best Regards

Marco[/nobr]

This sounds like a known issue, and one I remember being fixed by current patches.

Great!

I'll patch to this level (or I upgrade to 6.3 as soon as possible).

Thank you very much!

With kind regards

Marco
