Hi,

Assuming you have installed the additional language pack (which is ticked by default), when you provision the user, set their preferred language to the other language or when the user logs in they can set it themselves:

Options Tab -> Global -> Settings -> Language.

Then they need to log out of UWC then log back in for the change to take affect.

Shane.

i just found that i didn't install additional language package intial, so i uninstall it and install it with additional language package and now it works, but however the mail tab still display in english, only the rest are display in the language i've selected, is this means i need to install language package into Messaging Server as well?

Secondly, how if i didn't choose language package in the beginning, can the language package be applied after installation? if yes, how?

Hi,

Yes. Messaging server patches/install provides the data for the UWC mail tab, so it makes sense that if you didn't install the additional language tabs for messaging server only English would be available.

Secondly, how if i didn't choose language package in

the beginning, can the language package be applied

after installation? if yes, how?

I don't believe you can install them post-install - so your un-install/re-install is the only option - but I am happy to be corrected on this.

Shane.
