communications express, can't sign in

using comm express 6 2005Q4 with access manager SSO.

I've got both mail and calendar running and if I login via access manager, I don't have to login to mail or calendar. So I'm assuming SSO is working. But when I try to login to comm express with a valid login it just loops immediately back to the login page. No error or anything. If I give an invalid login then it tells me it was wrong.

Not sure if I should post any parameters yet, but just let me know and I'll post them.

Hi,

Under such situations I would recommend that you go through the comms express guide again and double-check all the values. Usually in cases such as these there is a value that was not set or unset correctly e.g. AM url paths, AM bind user/password.

You may also want to have a quick look through your directory access/error logs to see if the binds succeed etc. see if there are any errors/problems when you attempt to login.

Regards,

Shane.
