Hi
I have just install policy agent on an IIS server and followed the configuration instructions I have Cognos running through the web server and now when I enter the url for the Cognos I get the Access manager screen however it will not authentic the log in.
After I install the policy agent do I need to do any thing else on the Access manager side
Any ideas?
What does "not authenticate the login" mean? Do you get the "Authentication Failed" page? If so, then perhaps your problem is occuring on the Access Manager. What does the amAuthentication.access log record? Is the user account in the top level organization? If not, you may need to append org=X or realm=X to the policy agent loginURL
