Web based Image viewer.

Dear all,

In my project i want to create web base image viewer .In that viewer client can view there image (which is physically on image server) can performed operation(zoom in, zoom out,rotation,brightness,contrast,cropping) .And it will reflect on same page while performing this modification.

From where i should i start.Is there any free code available on any commercial code for this .If yes please reply me as soon as possible.
