Reading RSS from NIC

Please tell me how can I read signal strength, MAC address and network name from the NIC in WLAN?

Dear you probably need to have a look at JAva Packet Capturing Libraries. Watch out for JPCAP @ (jpcap.sourceforge.net). Its a comprehensive API for capturing and creating network packets to be sent over the network.
