Batch eWay Install Problem

I recently installed the Batch eWay by uploading the sar file to the registry, downloading the file from the downloads tab, then install updates from the Enterprise Designer Update Center.

When I try to use any of the seven variations (BatchLocalFIle, BatchFTP, etc.) while I抦 creating my Java collaboration definition in the Collaboration definition WIzard, when I navigate to SeeBeyond > eWays > BatcheWay > BatchLocalFile there抯 no file under there to select. There should be read or write I assume. I assume there should be get or put under SeeBeyond > eWays > BatcheWay > BatchFTP, but there抯 nothing there as well. All seven choices have no files to select. When I manually enter something in the File Name field, the Next button will finally light up, but when I click on it, I get a Null Pointer Exception.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Chris.

Thank you for the info.

I tried reinstalling the eDesigner over the top of the old one with no success. I went back and deleted the edesigner subdirectory and everything under it, then reinstalled the eDesigner and all of the plug-ins. It still doesn't work.

At this point, I'm inclined to believe the batch eWay I downloaded is defective in some way, or just plain junk.
