Installing the nVIDIA network controller of Ultra 20 M2 with RHEL3 Update5

Hi all,

I'm installing the Ultra 20 M2 with RHEL3 Update5. There are a few problems related to drivers. For the display adapter, anyway, I have got the expected resolution-1600x1200-using the driver in the provided CD. But, I cannot resolve a problem related to the network controller. In the provided CD, I cannot find nv-rhas3.6-2.4.21-40.EL.x86_64.rpm stated in the installation guide. It's not possible to install the HW using the Update5? How can I resolve this proble?
