And I Dont Know What Am DDoing Could Someone Please Help Me By A Step By Step Tutorial Or Something Along Those Lines.
I Want To Host My Own Site And My Own Files!

sure, you are on right place. download the latest version of web server from
http://www.sun.com/download/products.xml?id=45ad781d
follow through the gui screens and at the end of the step, you have come close to setting up a web site.
now, if you want to setup some html files, then you will need to create then
<web server 7 install root> / https-<your machine's hostname>/docs directory.
if you want to administer your site, you will need to start the administration server and use the browser
https://localhost:8989 (or whatever the port number that you chose during installation.)
