proxyd-wdog.exe error

When I try to start the server i recieve the error:

The instruction at "0x7c911f6e" referenced memory at "0x5c797873". The memory could be "read".

I recieve this everytime the server is booted up and when I try to start the server via the web administration.

After clicking OK, i recieve proxyd-wdog.exe application error:

The instruction at "0x0012e708" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

The proxy instance then shuts itself down. The funny thing is, even though the proxy is down, the ports are still open and listening as I am currently using the proxy at the moment.

I have 2 listening sockets.
