Patch Installation

I have to add DST patches to several Solaris systems. The instructions I have say that single user mode is optional. Is this true? The reason I ask, is that I have to do these updates remotely and single user mode is not an option.Thanks In Advance, Bud.

I installed the DST patches on almost 28 sun machines in multi user environment and it worked for me. But you need to restart the machine. It is a must for the patch to work.ThanksImranimran_nya at 2007-7-9 23:13:48 >
