failed installation of the lastest 10_Recommended

OS: Solaris 10 11/06
Specific soft: Sun Solaris 3.1u4
Trying to install lastest 10_Recommended patch and see this message in
/var/sadm/install_data/Solaris_10_Recommended_Patch_Cluster_log
