Open Solaris Distribution Development

I need and am willing to pay someone or a group of people to develop a user friendly Open Solaris distribution. I have my own name for it, brand logo etc. and plan on preinstalling it on a new line of computers I plan on selling,.

Some of the features I find important are:

- It should install easily

- I have a desktop environment other than KDE and GNOME in mind

-has essential software such as Firefox, Media Player etc

- Flash player and Java player

- Mild 3D features such as XGL, Beryl, etc.
