Have you tried clearing the service (svcadm clear system/boot-archive) in fail-safe mode?

Did you install Sun Cluster or similar?

I think that something you installed on the system added the two files into the /boot/solaris/filelist.ramdisk , which bootadm uses to determine what files it should pack into the bootarchive, hence, if the files doesn't exists, you would get this error..

I can't tell whether its harmless or not though.
