Issues installing OS on RaQ 550

So I've replaced the two old HDs with new ones, and I now need to setup the OS again.

I connected the server to another PC with a cross-over LAN cable.

I inserted the Sun Cobalt OS Restore CD into the PC, it does boot but fails the initialization by giving a tons of errors.

Am I missing something?
