inline frame portlet in Portal

I want to use inline frame portlet to link a website such as http://www.uPortal.org as a portlet in my Portal. But I don't know how to do it. I create the channel by XML as file name "iframe-portlet.xml and deploy it. But it doesn't work.

Can you show the steps how to do that? Do I need to write code. I am using JSR 168 portlet development.

Please help

Check the IFramePortlet in the Portlet Repository(https://portlet-repository.dev.java.net), You can also download it from http://www.glassfishwiki.org/portalwiki/Wiki.jsp?page=PortletsInTheRepository

I still don't know how to create an iframe portlet. I create a new channel for it beside creating a .war file? I download the file. But do I need a chanel (xxx.xml) for it. If so, how can I write this channel?
