Screwed up my netbeans

I was trying to find a way to stick external libraries in my jar and I screwed up my netbeans. Before, it would stick the JARs in the same folder and add them to the classpath. Now it doesnt include them, the classpath, or the main class in the manifest. I tried reinstalling, but it was like I had never uninstalled it. I have 99% of the updates installed. Can someone please tell me how I can fix this? I want my executable jars back =(
