Help need!

I downloaded Java Development Kit 6 (JDK6) and NetBeans 5.5 from http://java.sun.com. Although I have completed to set up JDK6 without any problem, I could not set up NetBeans 5.5. The warning I have seen on the monitor is that some files and directories can not be deleted in my C:\Documents and Settings\Semih ERGİN\Local Settings\Temp directory. I have manually deleted those files and directories, but that warning coul not be changed. I have then downloaded the co-bundle of JDK6 and NetBeans 5.5, but unfortunately that warning was still exist. What shold I do to completely set up NetBeans 5.5 with JDK6.
