Problem with hosts after reinstall

Hi,

A few of our remote agent hosts with Solaris have been reinstalled (jumpstarted) sice they were added to SPS. They are now "unprepared", and prepare fails with this message:

During deployment, plan prepHostsPlan failed because The plan (or preflight) "/system/prepHostsPlan" finished with 1 failed host(s).

Also, I cannot delete them from SPS:

# cr_cli -cmd hdb.a.del -u admin -p <pw> -ID NM:ariari:RA

Cannot delete RA or LD com.raplix.rolloutexpress.systemmodel.hostdbx.AppInstance@116fe10. No corresponding node found in the routing tree. (022105)

# cr_cli -cmd hdb.h.del -u admin -p <pw> -ID NM:ariari

Cannot delete RA or LD com.raplix.rolloutexpress.systemmodel.hostdbx.AppInstance@1e6c94f. No corresponding node found in the routing tree. (022105)

Thanks for any hints.

Do you have a stack trace from the server log for the prepare failure? Also, for the second problem, were the steps:1) Add host2) Reinstall OS on RA3) Reinstall RA (same IP?)4) Try to delete RACan you verify?

Yes, those were the steps we did. And yes, IP was the same. However, problem is solved for now. I restarted the masterserver, and after that I could delete the RA's.
