Connect to Mobile phone

I am trying to connect a mobile phone to my computer via a data cable to send text

messages from a java program.

I am having a lot of problems using java comm and looking for the com.sun.win32 driver.

I need to get this working, please give me suggustions or point in in the right way

u must first install the s/w, dependent on mobile, then have to install Dev kit etc.
