you (or your employer) are paying for this software, right? you have a right to support, then. chase this avenue, rather than relying on the massive stroke of luck it would be that someone here can help. they're part of chase bank, if memory serves me right. contact them, ask for help. well, get someone in your organization who has a relationship with them to put you in touch with someone there. if you don't get any joy - and I seriously don't see that happening - talk to your merchant bank manager about other payment solutions, there are plenty about
