Crash Course in J2EE wanted, all developers welcome

I need to install J2ee and create a data storage application.

this is need to do within a week.

The server needs to be created still but the database has already been created we opted to use access.

So is there anyone who can suggest a book, or if possible can they give me a crash course tha t covers the subject matter
