Add web reference

Hi..all i'm new to this discussion forum and to java...can any body help me in adding a reference to the wsdl link in JSP page..the link is

i've downloaded 'JWSDP' and the web container is 'tomcat50-jwsdp'

http://soap.search.msn.com/webservices.asmx?wsdl

The guidance would be greatly appreciated.
