DS52P4 slapd process stopped

I am running DS52P4+HF on Solaris 10 T2000. It is configured as Hub with no consumers. I noticed that slapd process was stopped. I had to run prun <pid> command to make server start accepting requests.

What would possible make slapd stop? Human error is out of question.
