speech process

hello,iam new to speech processing in java.now iam having the source to run the speech.but it is asking for speech and synthesis package.can u tell me u how to get these packages.

i do have the same problem. How do i download the speech packages ? the download link for IBM's speech api is down..

I also had similar problem ,After that i found the solution .

Go to this Link

http://freetts.sourceforge.net/docs/

download the TTSengine which has JSAPI . follow the steps given for demo files .

Now you can execute your demo programs.

I hope This info may help you to learn Speech API.
