Java3D Crashes Internet Browser (IE) Every Time

Hi all,

I just installed Java3D on my work computer to try out some online

demos (like the ones at navgen.com) and everytime I go to

a page with a Java3D demo the browser just exits immediately.

Im using Windows XP and most likely just whatever stock graphics

card Dell included in this old optiplex.

I searched the forums and all i found was a topic from 2002 and

no one ever posted a solution.

Thanks!

I believe I have the same problem. I would really appreciate some suggestions about this.

- For example is there a way to catch the error before my browser exits?

- What could be the source of this problem?

I have tried to acces java3d demos on IE and FF, and both browsers just exit without warning. If there's a faq or link about this please post this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

For whomever's interested i got it working. It seems i didnt have the correct driver for my graphics video card. I would recommend to find the right one and install it. Hopefully it will work.Good luck.
