how to change the background color of JFrame in netbeans 5.5?

i have try it in properties but it does not work,it just cme on screen and goes off and the jframe will be their in default stage.plz try to help me in this to change my background in Jframe......

yes the answer is what is described in the other thread...you should not rely on your gui/poperties/editor/netbeans stuff as long as you don't know or at least not willing to learn how the actual code works thats beeing generated...jEti182a at 2007-7-10 3:31:51 >
