Sun Blade 1000 powers off on its own

I just received a Sun Blade 1000 workstation. I connected the keyboard, mouse, monitor, and power cable. Upon powering on the machine, I can hear the hdd starting to spin and then 4 "beeps". Shortly after, the workstation powers off. I tried reseating the memory and cpu's with no success. I took out both installed graphics cards and replaced with a known good with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
