HyperTerminal to E450 Server

Hello Experts,

I am trying to Hyperterminal to E450 server. I am using a null modem to connect the system. Following are the settings made :-

Baude rate - 9600

Data bit - 8

parity - None

Stop Bit - 1

Flow Control - None.

I never get the console.I even reset the system but it didnt come.I even tried changing Flow Control to Hardware but it didnt help.

Is there any thing that I am missing ? Feel free to revert back if you want more information.
