Sun V480 Compatability with QLA2312 HBA

Hi there I am wanting to know wehter the qlogic card I have from an Wintel server will be compatible with a SunFire V480. I can see that Qlogic do have the Solaris 9 drivers for this card. I just wanted to check before I move this over and wether there are any gotchas?Many thanks
