SF4800 Clear SC password

I am trying to clear the password on a System controller via the RTOS procedure.

However, when I run the javaConfig command I get the following error:

-> javaConfig

Loading JVM...ERROR: failed to load JVM (S_errno_EINVAL)

value = -1 = 0xffffffff = _func_taskRegsShowRtn + 0xfff08103

The System Controller password ia a critical security function

for those Sunfire Midrange systems, not just a sys-admin feature.

It would be uncommon to expect general contributors of an online forum to:

(1) know what you are attempting to accomplish

(2) freely discuss how to clear and therefore bypass system security.

Martin's response was the only appropriate response.

Deal with the designer and manufacturer of that product (Sun).

Pay for such interaction, if necessary.
