E250 FAN ASSEMBLY ?

I need to get a replacement fan on the 3 fan assembly the lower fan that cools the HD's is frozen feels like a shot bearing im trying to find out if I can replace it with any 12v DC 120mm fan or does it have to be the same exact fan I cant locate any fans that draw .49 amps is it ok to put in a fan that draws say .20 amps and so on and if I do change the amps do I have to use 3 of the same fans or can you mix them up ?
