V240 vs V440 Oracle + NetBackup Installation

I have a doubt about installation of Oracle 10G DB + NetBackup 6.0 SW. I was supposed to install both Oracle and NetBackup 6.0 in a single V440 machine (4 disks , 73G each). I wonder if it is more efficient to install the DB and the NetBackup software in two different machines: NetBackup 6.0 in a SUN V240 ( 2 disks 73G) and Oracle DB in the SUN V440 mentioned above.

Moreover, can you please advice me about the best RAID configuration in this case? Thank you.

I don't think putting these applications on the same server is a good idea. They are two totally different animals. How much are you going to do with the NetBackup server? Is it going to be the primary master server AND media server? Are you backing up several clients? Can you afford Oracle DB downtime when you have backup problems that require maintenance?
