SGD 4.2 Printing with Ghostscript

Have got SGD 4.2 installed on a Solaris box, and am trying to do PDF printing from an application on Windows 2000 Terminal Servers. Printing works in my lab, but in the the production installation, the PDF printers are not being created on the Terminal Servers.

When comparing the production terminal servers and my lab terminal servers, the configuration looks identical. Printing works when using the production SGD server and a lab Terminal Server, but not when using a lab SGD server and a production Terminal Server. Any suggestions on things to look for?
