JDK 6 ready for production?

hi all;i probably missed the announcement or fell asleep along the way but i can't figure out if JDK 6 is production ready & considered not a beta.can someone please clarify this?thanks in advance

Absolutely; it's no longer a beta, but a fully supported release. FWIW, the GA (general availability) date was sometime in December.jxca at 2007-7-9 5:34:40 >
