DST for Canada

Hi

The article says:

http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/Intl/USDST/

The following Java platform versions have correct time rules to handle the DST changes that will affect U.S. time zones in 2007.

I am in Canada and Canada has own data zones defined on Windows.

example

(GMT-03:30) Newfoundland"

(GMT-04:00) Atlantic Time (Canada)"

(GMT-06:00) Saskatchewan

My question is:

Should I use tzupdater.jar to update aJ2SE 1.4.2_12 ?

Thnaks

Vlad
