Documentation for having SRA and portal on separate machines

I'm trying to figure out how to do the install/configuration for putting the gateway on a separate machine from a portal node. I've looked at the Deployment Planning document and that helps at a high level, but I'm unable to find more concrete instructions for how to configure this setup otherwise. When I go to docs.sun.com clicking on "Browse Product Documentation -> Software -> Portal Services -> Sun Java System Portal Server -> Portal Server, Secure Remote Access" just returns the exact same page. I can't get to any of that documention.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it!
