Netbeans Help

Hi,

How do you change the frame title in netbeans editor. How do I use variables inside my class ( I have the title stored as an class attribute member)

Also It says that I cant edit the auto generated code that netbeans makes in the class...Is this true? If so is there anything that the IDE (gui wise) cant do, because if so there must be need to hard code, where abouts in class can I do this to change the gui?
