Outlook connector: Assigned task notification message is not functionable

Hi!

I can easily assign task from OC to user user1.

But user1 can not neither "Accept" nor "Decline" the task notification. Error message "The task ... cannot be sent. It may be an attachment of another message." is appear.

Is that the bug or lack of functionality of Outlook Connector ?

We are using Outlook Connector 7.1_233

What are you receiving the notification with? Likely that's the issue.

We are using Outlook 2003 SP2.

It looks like TNEF attachments are not recognized by SJES outlook Connector.

Since the same notifications can be accepted or declined via native IMAP4 outlook profiles.

Is there any body who has task assignment experience with SJES outlook Connector?

You might want to open a support case. OC is pretty far outside what I know well, and I believe Shane is in the same place. That may be a Calendar function, and perhaps you'd find a better set of answers in the Calendar forum.jay
