Timezone change for Australia and JDK 1.4.2.13

I downloaded JDK 1.4.2.13 which has a fix for Australia time zone fix.But if i set the timezone to Perth, it still shows the wrong time(1 hour before the current time ).Has anyone tested it for JDK 1.4.2.13 ?

post your code and note specifically which month you are in- people are often caught by the fact that january is month 0, not month 1...
