Netbeans problem

I didn;t know where to post this so i post it here. I try to install netbeans in vista but when i try to choose the folder and press next it says that the folder is not writable. I'm doing this with administrator permissions but still nothing. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Ok i found the problem in case someone runs up to it.

There are some known problems when installing NetBeans IDE 5.5 on 64-bit Windows. E.g.

* It cannot identify there is the correct JVM installed.

* You get the error "folder is not writeable"

* Run ==netbeans-5_5-windows-rc1.exe -is:extract== and then run the extracted jar file manually.

* Run {{{netbeans-5_5-windows-rc1.exe -is:extract}}} and then run the extracted jar file manually.

But still i get the error JVM not found
