slapd startup error?

Running Directory Server 5.2 sp4 on Sun OS 5.8

We have one instance that gives the following error on startup:

[16/Feb/2007:12:41:26 -0500] - ERROR<4176> - Config - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Configuration error config_set: the attribute nsslapd-accesslog-list is read only; ignoring new value /export/apps/EIS/dir/slapd-simops/logs/access.20070207-065910

What do I need to do to get rid of this error message on startup?
