Removing Actions from User and Organization actions

I need to remove the "Refresh Organization" and "Move User" entries from the user action drop-downs. I can't seem to do this without removing other desired functionality (by changing what capabilities are assigned).Is there a way so selectively remove what entries are shown?

In case anyone ever runs across this again... the solution was to edit the UserActions configuration object and UserListForm form to remove the unwanted entries.ca_cudmorea at 2007-7-9 5:55:37 >
