Adding profiles attribute to RSA SecurID adapter

Our Environment:

IDM 6.0, SP1

RSA SecureID version 5.2 running on Windows.

I have an issue. Every RSA user has a "profiles" attribute in conjunction to groups attribute (which is mapped properly from IDM) within the RSA system. This is required for a valid provisioning of a RSA SecurID account. Unfortunately the default schema mapping does not map to "profiles" attribute within RSA. Is this attribute even supported by the resource adapter? I could not find any reference to that attribute in the resource reference guide. I already tried adding profiles to the IDM schema map, but that seems to be ignored.
