Is J2SE1.3.1_b24 compliant to newDST

I am in the process of patching my Solaris 8 systems for the new DST setting. Sun web site says that J2SE1.3.1_18 and later is compliant. But is 1.3.1_b24 compliant?Thanks.Paul

1.4.1_b24 may be the internal build number 24 of the 1.3.1 release,

whereas 1.3.1_18 is the 18th update release to 1.3.1. So to be safe,

better download 1.3.1_18 from java.sun.com
