There is no longer any reference to Sun Update Connection - Enterprise Edition on Sun.com. Is this now called Sun Connection?Also, with the new Solaris port of SDS, are there any changes or is it just a port of 1.0 to Solaris?

Sun Update Connection Enterprise is now called Sun Connection Satellite. Information about the Sun Connection line of products can be found here:

SDS for Solaris will be part of the 1.1 release. As it is a new version release there will be some bugfixes and other changes.

No, that was an error as Update Connection Enterprise / Satellite 1.1 has not yet been released externally but is due soon, within the next few weeks from our information.
My collegue will have been referring to the last 1.0.3 (not 1.3 as written) point release of Update Connection Enterprise before the recent name change to Satellite.
