how to solve this problem

I want to dynamically manipulate some external website page especially some forms to fill in the fields which stored on my site.

for example i can show a page in ifraime but if it's not in my domain i can not change the document in the ifraime tag. but i really want to show the external page to my customers and fill out some forms for them and the form should be directly submited to the third site i embedded in my page. How can i implement this. Is there any technology about this?
