Keep variable value

I have made this question some day ago, but I could not get a answer, just, I'm refreshing a PAGE automatic, this process run a SQL statement I have include a PARAM to execute this sql, every time when this process is running my variable is cleaned so my table is empty.

Anybody know how can I keep my value variable and execute my sql forever?
