how to enable or disable Tabs in Tomahawk dynamically.

Hi,

I am develping a project. I have some pages which containes tabbedPane. now i want to enable or disable the tabs according to the inputs which present in the database.......

1. I want to know how toenable or disable panelTabs dynamically......

2. how to create panelTabedPans andpanelTabs... dynamically...

plz explain with a simple example......
